IT Project and Systems Coordinator

Summary:  The IT Project and Systems Coordinator will support the business through coordinating the support efforts between vendors and employees, support project delivery, manage new IT asset onboarding and rotation, and other duties as described.

Essential functions: Employee is to promptly communicate with staff and vendors via email, phone, and other communication methods.  Employee is to learn the systems that Denali Water and its affiliate companies use.  Employee is willing to learn new systems as needed and attend training as required.  Employee should be well organized to manage the inbound requests of staff and vendors.


  • Ability to make assignments, track assignments against internal and external deadlines, identify and coordinate resolution of issues blocking completion of assignments, and report on assignment status
  • Ability to schedule and coordinate cross-functional, distributed teams to support projects in a high-accountability, quality- and deadline-focused organization
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in project workflow efficiency and quality, and collaborate in the development and implementation of processes
  • Ability to assess scope, complexity, and technical and resource requirements for projects, including project tasks, tooling needs, deliverables, and milestones
  • Ability to facilitate IT hardware and telecom setups for local employees.
  • Ability to identify project risks
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships.
  • Ability to manage mobile device contracts, users, and vendors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, as well as project documentation, workflow, and ITSM tools such as Samanage.
  • Ability to support other IT activities as directed.

Work environment: Work environment is a climate-controlled office environment.  Work will be done inside. 

Physical demands: Must be able to lift 50lbs

Travel: Some travel will be required.  Will need reliable transportation as there will be some office-to-office travel.

Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's degree required in IT, Business, or similar.
